The vascular surgeon treats women suffering from bacterial skin infection by attacking their vascular roots, as well as their hormonal and metabolic roots. Paolo Casoni also recommends walking half an hour a day on an empty stomach as a preventative method for cellulite.
Although it is a more aesthetic than “health” disease, cellulite, which mainly affects women, derives from “several causes at the same time”, explains Dr. Paolo Casoni, who underlines the need, therefore, to develop a good treatment to take care of it.
In this sense, the phlebology expert who visits the Ceram Hospital, in Marbella, explains that “it is not just a diet problem due to a wrong diet, with a lot of fats and sugars” but that it derives from three causes: one is vascular, “from the microcirculation”, another is metabolic and “for this reason food is important”, and the third is hormonal. Regarding the latter, he points out that “there are two important moments in a woman’s life: before pregnancy and when menopause arrives”.
As for the first cause, the “microcirculation”, indicates that it is “important because the circulation in the veins moves the cellular waste, which is the waste of the cells” and “the faster it goes, the better the drainage of that leg.” this, adds Casoni, “venous circulation is a fundamental key for the treatment of cellulite” rather than eliminating fat, which “worries us” when in reality “it is the waste of the cells that remain in the tissue that produce new fats” . The vascular surgeon concludes that “it is very important to heal the veins”.
The blood circulation can be cured with the “I patented” treatment, which is a “very mild” sclerotherapy, with a sclerosing foam “which includes a buffer system with bicarbonates”. It is, Casoni specifies, of “small pinpricks in the veins” with which “the venous drainage will greatly improve”. The microcirculation can be improved even without medical treatment, “by walking for half an hour a day on an empty stomach” because “this will burn between 3 and 5 grams of pure fat per day” in addition to “activating the peripheral pumps of the muscles.”
As for the second cause of cellulite, metabolism, “the important thing now is when you eat”, contrary to other past theories on diets, Casoni points out. “We must try to eat more in the morning and more in the late afternoon, eat less and not eat after 8pm or 9pm”, especially in terms of carbohydrates “because if we do, the fat we burned during in the morning, we will produce it during the night and it will be useless ”.
And on the third cause, hormones, depending on age “you can develop a treatment or another mesotherapy” that is performed with a functional sclerotherapy or TIF, so that the blood circulation “is stronger”, and lipolysis which helps burn leg fat “.
